About AEA

Athlete Empowerment Agency is an athlete-first representation and advisory firm that helps athletes protect their interests, maximize their opportunities, and build value on and off the field.

What we do

Empowering athletes in this career, and preparing them for the next one.

AEA specializes in contract representation and negotiation, NIL strategy, marketing and endorsement representation, business consulting, and business development.

We work with athletes seeking sponsorships, endorsements, and marketing agreements, and with the management and protection of their name, image, and likeness at the collegiate and professional level. We also represent coaches: contracts with institutions or NFL teams, brand partnerships, public relations and appearances, business management, and off-the-field ventures.

How we work

Representation & advocacy

We help athletes understand the deal, negotiate from strength, and decide with their full future in view.

NIL & brand growth

We help athletes build marketable brands and pursue NIL relationships that fit their goals and values.

Off-field management

We coordinate the moving parts beyond competition so the athlete can focus, prepare, and perform.

Career & legacy

We treat every opportunity as part of a larger career, reputation, network, and life plan.

FAQ
What is Athlete Empowerment Agency?

Athlete Empowerment Agency (AEA) is an athlete-first representation and advisory firm based in Tampa Bay, Florida. AEA helps athletes protect their interests, maximize their opportunities, and build value on and off the field through contract representation and negotiation, NIL strategy, marketing and endorsement representation, business consulting, and business development.

Who does AEA work with?

AEA works with athletes at the collegiate and professional level who are seeking sponsorships, endorsements, and marketing agreements, or who need their name, image, and likeness managed and protected. AEA also represents coaches in contracts with institutions or NFL teams, brand partnerships, public relations and appearances, business management, and off-the-field ventures. High school athletes work with AEA through a parent or legal guardian.

What makes AEA different from other agencies?

AEA looks at the whole career, not just the next deal. Representation, NIL, brand, and off-field business are considered together, and the athlete’s interests, timing, and long-term goals come first. AEA is led by Steven Fantetti, a corporate attorney and NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, so agreements, obligations, and risk get legal-minded attention, and athletes and families work directly with people who know their situation.

How does AEA approach an athlete’s career?

AEA builds every plan around four parts of the career: representation and advocacy, NIL and brand growth, off-field management, and career and legacy. In practice, that means helping athletes understand the deal and negotiate from strength, pursue NIL relationships that fit their goals, coordinate the business around them, and treat each opportunity as part of a larger career and life plan.
