Tyremii Williams, First Team All-Conference DB at Butte College, Enters the Transfer Portal
AEA client Tyremii Williams has entered the transfer portal. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound defensive back was a first team All-Conference selection at Butte Junior College in Oroville, California, this season, and he already has interest from several major programs.
The season
Williams, a Tampa native out of Robinson High School, earned NorCal All-Conference honors at Butte in 2025 with 36 tackles and an interception, and he was a preseason All-America selection at the junior college level.[1] He began his college career at West Hills Coalinga in 2023.
What he brings
Length and speed at corner, with the frame to match up outside. Junior college defensive backs with his production and measurables get Division I looks, and Williams had them before the portal window opened.
Update
Williams signed with Central Michigan and enrolled in January 2026, where he is listed as a fifth-year defensive back.[1]
From AEA
The junior college route is the hard way, and Tyremii earned every look he is getting. AEA's job was to make sure the right programs saw the film and that the move was made on his terms. Congratulations on the next chapter.
